The chief commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), Major General Hossein Salami, stated that recent Israeli actions have heightened the resolve of resistance groups to seek retribution.
This declaration follows an Israeli assassination operation in Beirut that killed Fuad Shukr, a senior Hezbollah commander, and Milad Bidi, an Iranian military advisor.
Salami praised Bidi for his efforts in defending Iran’s interests and collaborating with resistance forces against Israel.
He emphasized that Bidi’s legacy would inspire future IRGC members and Iranian youth. The IRGC leader’s remarks underscore a commitment to retaliate against Israel, which is accused of escalating tensions through these actions.
