Iran and Vietnam strengthen bilateral ties

Iran and Vietnam vow to expand and strengthen relations.

In a meeting between the Iranian Ambassador to Vietnam and the Minister of Public Security of Vietnam, both countries expressed their commitment to enhancing bilateral relations.

The Minister of Public Security of Vietnam commended Iran on successful elections and emphasized the importance of developing and strengthening ties for mutual national interests.

He highlighted the longstanding friendly relations between the two countries over the past fifty years and emphasized the need to implement signed documents and enhance cooperation in various fields.

The Minister also welcomed the invitation to visit Iran and discussed collaboration in combating cybercrimes, transnational organized crimes, and terrorism while acknowledging Iran’s valuable experiences in these areas.
