Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico stated that Ukraine’s President Zelensky’s victory plan does not promote peace negotiations but rather calls for escalation.
Fico emphasized the need to negotiate for peace instead of allowing soldiers to kill each other, highlighting the importance of resolving the conflict peacefully.
Zelensky’s plan includes proposals for Ukraine’s immediate NATO membership, new military aid, strikes deep within Russia, and Western assistance for post-conflict recovery.
The document also contains secret provisions disclosed only to NATO countries with significant military capabilities.
