Kremlin spokesman emphasizes need for mutual sanctions lifting

Moscow will not lift sanctions on US Senator Marco Rubio, who has been nominated for secretary of state by President-elect Donald Trump, as long as Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov remains sanctioned by Washington, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told TASS.
