Dino authorizes resumption of suspended parliamentary amendments

Flávio Dino allows release of amendments with identification of each parliamentarian

The Minister of the Federal Supreme Court, Flávio Dino, authorized the resumption of the payment of parliamentary amendments that were previously suspended due to lack of transparency, traceability, and publicity.

However, the release came with some conditions, including the identification of parliamentarians, as no expense in Brazil has had such a trajectory against fiscal responsibility.

Dino emphasized the need for transparency in the release of both rapporteur and committee amendments, with the Executive Branch ensuring transparency and releasing on a case-by-case basis.

He also highlighted the necessary procedures for the execution of individual and group amendments, emphasizing the importance of following legal rules and providing accountability.
