Alexandre de Moraes, a Supreme Court Justice, has decided to work without a break during the judicial recess from December 20 to January 6, 2025.
If the Attorney General presents charges regarding the alleged coup to keep ex-President Jair Bolsonaro in power, Moraes will be the one to accept them.
Other ministers like André Mendonça, Gilmar Mendes, and Dias Toffoli have also committed to working without interruption.
The pressure on the AG to present charges increased after the arrest of General Braga Netto, intensifying the focus on investigations.
