Ukrainian counterattacks repelled, enemy losses include over 550 troops

Ukraine’s daily losses in the operational area of Russia’s Battlegroup West have surpassed 550 troops, as confirmed by the battlegroup’s spokesman Ivan Bigma. The enemy’s casualties also encompassed a Kozak armored combat vehicle, a pickup truck, an FH-70 howitzer, and an M119 gun.

In addition to this, three electronic warfare stations and an ammunition depot were obliterated during the conflict. Bigma reported that five Ukrainian counterattacks were successfully repelled in the course of the day, with five Ukrainian troops surrendering to the battlegroup.

The battlegroup targeted the manpower and weaponry of two Ukrainian mechanized brigades, two assault brigades, two territorial defense brigades, as well as a Ukrainian National Guard brigade in various settlements. Russian artillery units took out eight Ukrainian mortars, while air defense crews managed to down five Ukrainian fixed-wing drones.

Furthermore, the battlegroup’s missile forces successfully struck a Ukrainian temporary deployment center near Borovaya, intensifying the ongoing warfare in the region.
