The Great Wall-2024 International Forum on Counter-terrorism kicked off in Beijing with a focus on unmanned technology in combating terrorism. The forum has been widely praised for highlighting China’s contribution toward global efforts.
Over 170 delegates from 50 countries and 150 Chinese representatives are participating in discussions on equipment, tactics, and talent cultivation for unmanned anti-terrorism operations.
Wang Chunming, commander of the Chinese People’s Armed Police Force, emphasized the need to keep up with emerging forms of terrorism that utilize new technologies like online promotion of terrorist ideology and intelligent methods.
Attendees will observe training courses and unmanned equipment demonstrations to enhance collaboration and promote effective anti-terrorism practices globally.
