Finland’s Foreign Ministry is working towards obtaining EU countries’ unanimous approval for an exemption to sanctions requested for Russian owners of the Helsinki Hall sports and concert venue. Prime Minister Petteri Orpo mentioned that the sale documents must be in order for the exemption to be considered.
