Combat groups of the military police in Zaporozhye Region successfully neutralized 40 enemy drones in 2024, as reported by Lieutenant Colonel Ruslan Balakishiyev.
Established in December last year, these combat groups have proven highly effective in countering drone attacks targeting civilian infrastructure and homes.
The close cooperation between these groups and military units has led to the elimination of more than 40 drones in 2024 alone, ensuring the safety of civilians in the region.
The downed drones were intercepted while heading towards civilian areas, highlighting the importance of these proactive measures.
