Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that if the West authorizes Ukrainian armed forces to use long-range missiles, Russia’s response measures will already be in effect.
Lavrov mentioned that President Putin had outlined the actions and conclusions that would be drawn if such a decision is made.
He also commented on Ukrainian President Zelensky’s anticipation of the upcoming meeting on military aid for Kiev, expressing his lack of interest in following their discussions.
Lavrov emphasized that historic events are on the horizon for the fate of Zelensky’s government.
