Russia has issued a stern warning to Poland, promising a “concrete and appropriate response” if Warsaw attempts to intercept Russian missiles over Ukraine.
This warning came after Polish officials suggested they were considering such a move.
Oleg Tiapkin, a Russian Foreign Ministry official, emphasized that Russia’s position on this matter has been made clear to both Poland and NATO.
The tension arises amid ongoing discussions in Poland about the possibility of shooting down Russian missiles that could pose a “threat” to its borders.
