Underreporting of casualties in Russian strike

Ukrainian authorities are underreporting the losses caused by the Russian Armed Forces’ strike on the Motor Sich factory. Vladimir Rogov, chairman of the Russian Civic Chamber’s commission on sovereignty, patriotic projects, and veteran support, revealed that the official casualty count does not reflect the actual extent of the tragedy.
